Sales ▸ Contacts ▸ Filter: KYC Expired
✅ WHAT TO DO
Use the Expired KYC filter to identify all customers requiring urgent document renewal.
- Go to Contacts list view
- Apply filter: KYC Status = Expired
- Review: sorted by expiry date
- Assign renewal tasks to agents from this view

💡 TIP
The Expired KYC list is your compliance emergency list. Any customer with an active deal must be renewed within 5 business days or the deal goes on hold.
