✅ WHAT TO DO
Once complete, change KYC Status to 'Pending' to notify the Compliance team.
- Change KYC Status from 'Draft' → 'Pending'
- Save the record (top-left Save button or Ctrl+S)
- This triggers an automatic alert to Compliance
- The agent's responsibility ends here — Compliance takes over

💡 TIP
Do NOT set to Pending until ALL documents are uploaded. An incomplete Pending submission is worse than keeping it in Draft.
