✅ WHAT TO DO
Alert banners appear on the customer record when documents are approaching expiry.
- 🟡 Yellow banner: document expires within 90 days
- 🔴 Red banner: document expires within 30 days
- ⬛ Grey: already expired — KYC status reverts to Expired
- Action: contact customer immediately and request renewal

💡 TIP
Expired KYC SUSPENDS all transactions for that customer. KYC status auto-reverts to 'Expired' until renewed documents are uploaded and re-approved.
