Fill basic contact details. The name must match the customer's official ID documents EXACTLY.
- Full Name: must match passport/Emirates ID — no nicknames
- Mobile: include country code (+971 for UAE)
- Email: required for Odoo portal access and notifications
- Do NOT shorten or abbreviate the name

The Odoo name MUST match the SPA and KYC documents exactly. A mismatch will block the NOC and title deed transfer.
